Fully flexible networking
The TetraFlex® system can be expanded and handled from single-site solutions with small coverage areas to large-scale multi-site solutions, combining indoor or outdoor TetraFlex® stations. Together with the intelligent TetraFlex software, simple and smooth site expansion is possible, even in operation. The 100% IP-based technology provides a fully flexible network structure with all network devices connected in a single modern infrastructure without the need for a central switch.
High capacity, high efficiency
DAMM TetraFlex indoor base stations can be configured with up to 16 TETRA carriers in 2 racks, offering a total of 64 time slots with access to all field terminal replacements and front-end terminals. High receiver sensitivity is achieved with a mast-mounted amplifier/duplexer by eliminating receiver cable loss. Used as a TMD it allows operation with dual diversity, using only 2 antennas.
The indoor DAMM TetraFlex station features extremely low power consumption, and can be optionally offered in a high output power version.
Security and reliability
With full battery backup support as well as redundant controllers, power supplies and carriers, the DAMM TetraFlex meets the highest reliability requirements. The intelligent distributed architecture replicates information to all stations in the network, avoiding a single point of failure.
Unlimited application integration
DAMM TetraFlex is supplied with application gateways for easy access to application programming interfaces (APIs), packet data gateways and voice gateways, allowing you to develop customer-designed applications directly or integrate with existing telephone systems and control room equipment. As an independent in-house TETRA system infrastructure provider, the DAMM TetraFlex station is IOP certified and fully compatible with all TETRA terminals, giving customers the freedom to choose the terminal brands they need.
A wide range of advanced software tools
The TetraFlex system is available with a wide range of application software such as voice, data and voice logging systems, Dispatcher, grouping and a comprehensive Network Management tool including subscriber management and network performance statistics.
The DAMM TetraFlex Indoor System consists of a BS418 base station with up to 16 carriers, in a high power or normal power version, and comes with a tower-mounted duplexer/amplifier. The system is pre-installed with the DAMM TetraFlex software suite.
